Every Monday morning, iAgentify sends the owners and admins of the account an email with what happened in the previous seven days: conversations, replies, leads, handoffs and what is still waiting. It is on to begin with. Each person switches it off for themselves under Settings › Notifications, or with the link in the email itself.

When it arrives

  • On Monday morning, in your account’s time: the Time zone under Settings › Company. It usually goes out from 8:00.
  • It covers the whole previous week, Monday to Sunday, and compares it with the week before.
  • One email per week and per account. If you belong to several accounts, you receive one for each.

You cannot choose another day or time.

What it contains

The subject is “Your week on iAgentify” followed by the name of your account. Inside, each figure is a link to the screen of the app that explains it.

Line of the emailWhat it countsWhere it leads
“Conversations”The conversations of the week, with the change against the week beforeConversations
“Replies by the AI”The replies your agents gaveAnalytics
“Replies by your team”The replies people wroteAnalytics
“Leads captured”The contacts collected during the weekLeads
“Handed to a person”The conversations an agent handed to your team. If any is still waiting, it says so: “2 waiting now”Conversations, showing the ones a person is handling
“Questions waiting for review”The questions waiting for an answer under To reviewToday it opens Knowledge. The questions are under To review, in the menu
“Credits left”The credit balance at the moment of sendingBilling
“Free trial”, “Next renewal” or “Your plan ends on”The days left in the trial, or the date the plan renews or endsBilling

At the end there is a button, “Open analytics”, and the “Stop receiving this summary” link.

The figures are the same ones you would see under Analytics for those dates. The tests you run in the Playground tab do not count.

Who receives it

  • Owners and admins whose email address is verified and who have not switched it off.
  • Members and Read only do not receive it, and do not see the Weekly summary section in their settings.
  • It goes to the email address you sign in with, in your Dashboard language.

If you want someone else to receive it, they have to be on the team as an Admin or an Owner: see team roles. It cannot be sent to an address outside the account.

When it is not sent

  • The week was silent and nobody is waiting for anything. With no conversations, no leads and nothing recent waiting, there is no email.
  • The first week without activity is reported. If there were conversations the week before and none this week, the email arrives once so that you know. After that, it stays quiet.
  • Something is waiting for a person. Even after a quiet week, if a recent conversation is still with your team or a recent question is waiting for review, the email arrives as a reminder.
  • The account is suspended. Then it is not sent.

The summary does not replace the urgent notices: running out of credits, a failed payment or a customer asking for a person each have their own notification, at once. See notices: what you hear about and how.

Switch it off or back on

From the app:

  1. Go to Settings and open the Notifications tab.

  2. Scroll down to the Weekly summary section.

  3. Switch off Receive the weekly summary by e-mail. The change is saved at once and “Weekly summary switched off” appears.

From the email:

  1. Press “Stop receiving this summary”, at the end of the message.

  2. On the page that opens, confirm with the Stop receiving it button. Opening the link changes nothing until you press that button.

To receive it again, switch the same setting on under Settings › Notifications. “You will receive the summary every Monday” appears.

Switching it off only affects you, and only in that account: the other owners and admins keep receiving it.

If it does not arrive

  1. Check your role. Only owners and admins receive it.

  2. Check that your email address is verified. Under Settings › Profile, Verified has to show next to your email. If it does not, press Resend verification email.

  3. Check the switch under Weekly summary.

  4. Look in your junk folder.

  5. Think about whether there was activity. With no conversations and nothing waiting, there is no summary that week.
