Billing
How payment works
- A trial with no card
- 30 days and 300 credits to set up your agent and try it. We do not ask for a card, so nothing is charged when it ends.
- Monthly card payment
- We charge monthly in advance through Redsys, the Spanish banks’ payment gateway. You enter your card details on the bank’s page, not ours.
- VAT and invoices
- Prices exclude VAT: 21% is added at checkout. Every payment generates an invoice you can download from the dashboard.
- Changing plan
- An upgrade applies as soon as the payment is confirmed. A downgrade applies at your next renewal.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from the dashboard whenever you like. The service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails
- We email you and retry over a few days before pausing the service.

Before you choose a plan
What counts as a reply?
Every message the AI agent writes to a customer, on any channel, and the tests you run in the playground. Messages you receive, and those your team writes from the inbox, use no credits.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits do not: with each monthly payment you receive your plan’s credits and anything left from the previous month expires. Top-up credits do carry over from month to month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The prices shown are net, and 21% VAT is added at checkout. The invoice shows the breakdown.
What are advanced AI models?
Some plans let you choose more capable models for agents that need them. They can use more than one credit per reply; the dashboard shows how many before you switch them on. With the standard model it is always one credit per reply.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. If you upgrade, the change applies once the payment is confirmed. If you downgrade, the change is scheduled for the next renewal and you keep your current plan until then.
What happens to my top-ups if I cancel?
Any top-up credits you have not used stay on your account. The agent needs an active plan to use them.
What are the limits of the free trial?
It lasts 30 days and includes 300 credits. One trial is granted per business, and part of the credits are released when you verify your email address. Advanced AI models are not available during the trial.
