You pay for iAgentify with a monthly plan. The plan includes a number of credits per month, which is what your agents spend when they reply, and some limits: how many agents, people and knowledge sources you can have. If you need more in a given month, you buy extra credits.

- Prices are per month, with no commitment. You can cancel whenever you want: see cancel the subscription.
- 21% VAT is added to the amount. In the Plans section of Billing (opens the app), each plan also shows the total with VAT added.
- You pay by card, on the bank’s secure page (Redsys). iAgentify never sees your card number.
- It renews every month with that card. Billing shows the renewal date and the amount that will be charged.
The same figures are on the pricing page. Before paying, a new account has a free trial: 30 days with 300 credits, no card needed. See the free trial and credits.
What uses credits and what does not
A credit is the unit that measures AI usage. What uses credits is the replies your agent writes.
Uses credits:
- Every reply your agent gives a customer, on any channel: your website chat, WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Every test reply in the agent’s Playground tab. It uses the real agent, so it counts the same.
- Every reply your agent gives through the API, if your plan includes API access.
Does not use credits:
- Adding knowledge or re-indexing it.
- Using Test a question, under Knowledge.
- Replies written by a person on your team from Conversations.
- The iAgentify assistant.
- The fixed notices the AI does not write, such as the one a customer gets when they send a photo or a voice note (your agent only reads text).
- A reply that fails before it is written.
How many credits a reply costs
It depends on the AI model the agent uses. One reply with the standard model is one credit; more capable models cost more credits per reply.
You choose the model under Agents › your agent › Behaviour › AI model. Each model states its cost (“… credits per reply”) and the Automatic option uses the one iAgentify recommends. Models your plan does not include appear locked, and during the free trial only the lighter ones are available.
That figure is what a normal reply costs; a particularly long one can use a credit or so more. What each reply cost is recorded under Usage.
Plan credits and extra credits
Your balance has two parts, and the app shows them separately as From your plan and Purchased.
| Plan credits | Extra credits | |
|---|---|---|
| Where they come from | Your plan includes them every month | You buy them in packs when you need them |
| When they are spent | First | Once the plan credits run out |
| How long they last | Until the renewal: the ones you have not used do not carry over to the next month | They do not expire when the plan renews |
If both parts run out, your agents stop replying until you buy more or the plan renews. And if you are left without a plan because the trial or the subscription ends, purchased credits are kept, but your agents do not reply until you have an active plan again. To buy them, see buy extra credits.
Where to see your balance and usage
Anyone on your team can see them.
- The credits indicator, visible throughout the app, shows the total you have left and warns you with “Running low on credits” or “Out of credits”. Pressing it takes you to Billing.
- Billing shows the balance split into From your plan and Purchased, and how much of each limit you have used: Agents, Users and Sources.
- Usage shows what they were spent on: the Credits used in the period you choose, the breakdown By agent, By channel and By AI model, and two lists. Usage events has every AI operation with what it cost; Credit ledger, everything that went into and out of your balance.
The tests you run in the Playground tab show up under Usage, because they use credits, even though they do not show up under Analytics.
Plan limits and what happens when you reach one
Each plan sets how many agents, users and knowledge sources you can have, how many languages each agent can use, and which channels and AI models it includes.
- When you reach a limit, the app does not let you add one more and tells you with a notice such as “You have reached your plan limit”, which names the limit and leads to See plans. What you already have keeps working.
- Knowledge sources are counted across all your agents.
- Users are counted together with pending invitations. If there are no seats left, revoke an invitation or move to a plan with more.
- A channel your plan does not include appears under Channels as Not in your plan and cannot be connected.
- An AI model your plan does not include appears locked in the model picker.
- If you move to a smaller plan, nothing you already have is deleted, but you cannot add more until you are below the new limit. Channels and models are the exception: see what happens to limits when you downgrade.
