Cookie policy
Last updated:
This site (iagentify.yarqat.com) uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner: there is nothing that needs your consent.
This is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser. Similar techniques, such as local storage, do the same job. The law distinguishes between those needed to provide a service you have asked for, which do not require consent, and all others, which do.
2. What is stored in your browser
| Where | What | What for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| This site (iagentify.yarqat.com) | Nothing | The site stores no first-party or third-party cookies while you browse | Not applicable |
| Chat assistant on this site | An anonymous visitor identifier and a conversation session | Keeping your conversation going while you browse. They are only created if you open and use the chat | The session expires after 24 hours |
| Application (appiagentify.yarqat.com) | Session cookie “iag_rt” | Keeping you securely logged in. The browser does not expose it to page scripts | For as long as your session lasts |
| Payment gateway | Technical cookies from Redsys and your bank | Processing the payment on their own page | Set by the gateway |
All of them are technical: they exist to provide something you have asked for (talking to the assistant, logging in to your account or paying) and are exempt from consent.
3. Third-party content
The fonts and scripts on this site are served from our own servers. We do not load Google Fonts, tracking pixels, maps or embedded third-party videos.
4. How to delete or block cookies
You can delete cookies and local storage, or stop them being saved, from your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, the chat may not remember your conversation, or you may be unable to log in to the application.
5. Changes
If we add measurement tools or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before switching them on.
