iAgentify is an app in which your business creates an AI agent that answers your customers with your own information: on the website chat and, when they are active on your account, on WhatsApp and Instagram. Every conversation lands in one inbox, where a person on your team can take over when needed.
What an agent does
- It answers with your information. You give it your website, your documents, texts and FAQs, and it answers with those and with what you wrote in its profile. See add knowledge.
- It says it does not know instead of making something up. If the fact is not in its profile or its knowledge, it says so and suggests the next step. See why your agent says it does not know.
- It answers at any hour, on the channels where people write to you. The website chat goes in by pasting one line of code: install the chat on your website. WhatsApp and Instagram are connected from Channels: connect WhatsApp and connect Instagram.
- It collects contact details. When a customer shows interest, it asks for details such as their name, email or phone and saves them under Leads. You decide which details it asks for under lead capture, and where to find them is in what your agent collects.
- It hands the conversation to a person. When the customer asks, or one of your rules applies, it stops answering in that conversation and notifies your team. You set this up under handoff to a person.
- It answers in several languages. There are 15 to choose from, including Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque and English. How many each agent can use depends on your plan. See the agent’s languages.
- It speaks in your tone and follows your instructions. You decide how formal it is, what it offers when selling and what it must stay away from. See adjust how your agent answers.
One inbox for your team
Conversations holds every conversation of your agents, whatever the channel. A person on your team can press Take over, reply by hand and, when finished, press Return to the AI. See the conversations inbox and take over a conversation.
The rest of the app tells you how things are going: Leads gathers the contacts captured, Analytics shows the activity and the questions your agent could not answer, and Usage details what the credits are spent on.
What it does not do
- It reads text only. On WhatsApp and Instagram, if a customer sends a photo, a voice note or a file, the agent does not interpret it and answers with a fixed notice: “I can only read text messages for now. Could you type what you need?” On the website chat, only text can be typed.
- It does not start conversations. On WhatsApp and Instagram it only replies to the messages it receives. It does not send campaigns or write to customers who have not written to it first.
- It does not handle phone calls, SMS or email. Its channels are the website chat, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- It does not connect to your online shop. It does not look up orders, stock or prices in your shop: it only knows what is in its profile and its knowledge.
What you need to get started
- An account. The free trial lasts 30 days, includes 300 credits and asks for no card. See the free trial and credits.
- Your business information. Your website, or a text with opening hours, services, prices and terms.
- Access to your website, if you want the chat on it: you need to be able to edit it, or have someone who can.
With that you can create your first agent: three steps, about three minutes.
How you pay
Every reply from the agent uses credits. Each plan includes a number of credits per month and, depending on the plan, extra credits can be bought when they run short. What each plan includes is in plans and credits.
